Terms & conditions
Last updated: 2 July 2026
01Agreement and definitions
These terms are an agreement between you and Aqutech (“OnRevo”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the OnRevo suite — including SPARQ (incentive management) and FLUX (inventory, assembly, and procurement) — and the onrevo.in website. A “workspace” is the tenant instance provisioned for your organization. By registering or using the products you accept these terms.
02Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate company and contact information during registration and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Workspace URLs are permanent once confirmed.
03Free trial
SPARQ workspaces begin with a free trial. During the trial:
- We reserve the right to revoke or suspend free-trial access at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- Free-trial users do not hold any right to raise a dispute regarding revocation or suspension of trial access.
- Trial workspaces and their data may be removed after the trial ends.
04Paid subscriptions
For paid workspaces, access may be revoked or suspended under the following circumstances:
- Abuse of the service or of other users observed by us
- Attempts to hack, probe, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the application or its infrastructure — this applies to all users in all cases, trial or paid
- Payment-related issues, including failed or disputed payments
We will contact paid customers to resolve such issues before or after any revocation, and access is restored where the issue is resolved to our reasonable satisfaction.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reshare, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application or access to it. Resharing is prohibited and may make you liable to legal action.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
- Use the products to violate any applicable law
- Interfere with other customers’ use of the services
06Intellectual property
The products, including their design, code, and documentation, remain the property of Aqutech. Your data remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the services on your behalf.
07Data and privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms — including the use of collected data for future marketing communication.
08Limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqutech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may terminate or suspend access as described in sections 3 and 4. On termination, provisions that by their nature survive (including acceptable use, intellectual property, and liability) continue to apply.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
