Privacy policy

OnRevo is a software suite built and operated by Aqutech (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the OnRevo website (onrevo.in), the SPARQ SaaS platform, and related services. For anything in this policy, reach us at aqutechcomputers@gmail.com or +91 99247 48480.

When you register for a workspace or contact us, we collect:

• Company name and your chosen workspace address
• Email address and mobile number
• Admin account username (passwords are stored only as secure hashes)
• IP address and browser information, for security and audit
• Usage data within our products, to operate and improve them

We use the data we collect to:

• Provision and operate your workspace
• Verify your identity during registration (one-time codes)
• Provide support and respond to your enquiries
• Secure our services against abuse and fraud
• Contact you with marketing about OnRevo products and future offerings. By registering, you consent to us using your contact details for such marketing communication. You can opt out of marketing at any time by writing to us.

During signup we send one-time codes to your email and mobile number. Codes are stored only in hashed form, expire within minutes, and the delivery records are retained for abuse prevention.

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure with access restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service. Passwords are hashed; transport is encrypted; administrative access is logged.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — currently email delivery and SMS delivery providers, who receive the minimum needed to deliver your messages — and where the law requires it.

We keep registration and account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as needed for legal, accounting, and abuse-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your data by writing to us; we will honor it subject to those obligations.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion, and you can opt out of marketing communication — all by writing to aqutechcomputers@gmail.com.

We may update this policy as the products evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
